You send the names
The friends or family you'd want along. No commitment from anyone, including you — this is the step before the trip is a trip.
A villa, a chalet, a house on a winery — and the people you'd actually want in it.
Everybody says yes in the group chat. Then it's March, nobody has picked a week, two families have quietly booked something else, and the whole thing dissolves.
So let me do the asking. Send me the names and emails of the friends or family you'd want on the trip, and I'll reach out individually — who's genuinely interested, which weeks actually work, roughly what everyone has in mind. You get one clear picture back instead of a hundred unread messages.
Nobody gets added to a mailing list. I ask your friends one question on your behalf, I tell you what they said, and that's the end of it unless they want more.

02
One note to each of them, on your behalf. Who's interested, which weeks work, what they're imagining and what they'd want to spend.
03
A short summary of where everyone actually stands, and two or three houses that fit the group that emerged — with the dates still available.
That's fine — most people aren't. Tell me what you're imagining and I'll tell you what it would take, including whether the week you have in mind is still bookable.
